To provide our tenants with an efficient interface, the Terra et Casa Foundation has entrusted the Plafida company with the day-to-day management of its property portfolio, a task which Plafida has been performing since the late 1960s. Employing a staff of fifteen, Plafida has all the skills and abilities required to provide the services of a conventional estate agency to persons renting or wishing to rent one of the Foundation’s properties.
In addition to its management activities, Plafida provides support for tenants, in particular expatriates working for the international organisations based in Geneva, in coping with the administrative procedures involved in their residence in the city.
It also offers accountancy, tax, legal and auditing services.
